The game follows the story of Chelsea. After escaping the cursed dollhouse in the previous game, she finds herself trapped in a diabolical realm crafted by the Jester in the image of Hell. Robbed of her memories, a benevolent Candle Demon sets her free and gives her a chance to escape before she crosses the point of no return.
