To write text in Windows 2000, you primarily use for plain text or WordPad for formatted documents . Using Notepad (Plain Text)

Notepad is the standard tool for basic text editing, such as taking notes or creating batch files. Click , select Run , type notepad , and press Enter . Type your text in the blank window. To save, click File > Save . windows 2000
