The twins, Zack and Cody Martin, leave Boston to attend high school at aboard the luxury cruise ship, the S.S. Tipton . They are joined by London Tipton, who has been tricked onto the ship by her father to keep her from skipping classes, and Mr. Moseby, who has transferred from the Boston Tipton to manage the ship.
