Files like this, especially in .zip or .rar formats, often contain disguised as images or videos.
Go to VirusTotal.com and upload the .zip file. It will scan the file using over 70 different antivirus engines to see if it contains hidden code.
If you do extract it (not recommended), ensure your OS is set to "Show File Extensions." If you see a file named image.jpg.exe or video.mp4.scr , it is 100% a virus.
