Hacı Ramil Bədəlov is a prominent Azerbaijani religious figure and theologian known for his extensive lectures and books on Islamic philosophy and morality. He is currently regarded by many as a successor to the late, widely influential theologian Hacı Şahin Hasanlı due to his large public following and similar intellectual approach.

He previously served as the akhund (religious leader) of the Fatimeyi-Zəhra Mosque in the Yeni Günəşli district of Baku until his voluntary resignation in 2017. Online Presence & Public Influence
