The family's life is upended when Sharbati is diagnosed with , requiring ₹25 lakhs for treatment. After a chance encounter where she helps a drug syndicate recover a stash to save her sister from being held hostage, Jerry realizes drug peddling is the fastest way to earn the necessary funds. She uses her innocent appearance and "becharapan" (helplessness) as a weapon to bypass police checkpoints, eventually becoming a leading peddler for the gang.
