The (Экранолетный спасательный катер-амфибия) is a historic Soviet ground-effect vehicle (ekranoplan) designed by the Central Laboratory of Rescue Technology (CLST) under OSVOD in the 1970s. It was developed as a high-speed, amphibious rescue craft capable of reaching casualties up to 150 km from shore. Download Resources
